Hi, no, the problem was with the release prior to Lucid. I fixed it in my /etc/fstab, but I can't remember the details anymore. I was trying to run VCD format files from a CD as I remember. It was never clear to me how the Ubuntu File Manager works with the Linux file system. It is not documented anywhere I could find, and when it fails to mount a device, it is not obvious why.
