Mathieu Alorent: my guess would be that there would be resistance to
this change as I think the goal is to empower the user to correct a
stituation without having to resort to technical recovery procedures or
find out about the problem after the fact.  It is good that it is
configurable via fstab, but my opinion stands that the *better* default
at this point in time would be NOBOOTWAIT if feesible.
