Thats strange. Yesterday I upgraded Ubuntu 10.04 to the current release candidate 10.10. After the final reboot I noticed the known headphone problem. The internal speakers didn't mute after I plugged in my headphones ... But now, everything works fine and I'm not able to reproduce the error. In the coming days I will check my system again. At the moment I have not much time... Please be patient.
