What is the difference between @tob's synaptics.diff patch and @Paul's patched psmouse source archive. would we have to use both patchs at the same time? or is it one or the other?.
Also if I apply @paul's psmouse patch would I be able to do vertical and horizontal scrolling. And what are the disadvantages of using this patch against the synaptic.diff file? I am sorry if my question sound noobish.
