Public bug reported: Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement
In Kubuntu Maverick RC ,plasma-widget-networkmanagement does not cut down the network connection even if I uncheck the "enable networking" check box . It used to work when I installed KDE 4.5 in lucid from kubuntu backports . Now it doesn't . Iam not sure whether it is a Kubuntu issue or an upstream bug ,since it worked in lucid. If it isn't a Kubuntu issue, please tell . I shall report the bug to KDE ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: plasma-widget-networkmanagement 0.9~svn1176084-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-22.33-generic 2.6.35.4 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-22-generic i686 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Architecture: i386 Date: Fri Oct 8 14:23:56 2010 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationMedia: Kubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Release Candidate i386 (20100928.3) ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE= PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_IN SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: plasma-widget-networkmanagement ** Affects: plasma-widget-networkmanagement (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 maverick -- plasma-widget-networkmanagement does not cut down the network connection even if I uncheck "enable networking" check box https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/656771 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
