i've tried and launchpad authorized apport-collect but something didn't work:
$ apport-collect -p alsa-base 657132 The authorization page: (https://edge.launchpad.net/+authorize-token?oauth_token=<TOKEN REMOVED>&allow_permission=WRITE_PRIVATE) should be opening in your browser.
