As you can tell, I just ran the "appport-collect" command mentioned above. While I am not the reported of this bug, it is affecting me. FWIW, this just started happening within the past two months (as that is the last time I tried and succeeded to mount this drive; an SD memory card inserted into a card reader). I could probably tell you what packages I have updated since then if anyone knows of a quick way to view that.
