I have seen this on my (1) HP tx2000 (2) Dell inspiron n5010 on (1) karmic (2) lucid (3) maverick
The bug is still there in maverick. I have not been using bluetooth on a regular basis at all. When I do use it, it works. I don't see any issue using bluetooth after a hibernate. Hibernate is very slow because of this.
