Binary package hint: dpkg-cross
dpkg-cross version 2.5.5 installed from maverick
/etc/dpkg-cross/cross-config.cache has
libIDL_cv_long_long_format=%llu
I believe it should be
libIDL_cv_long_long_format=ll
which allows by cross build of libidl to make the definition
IDL_LL=ll
which in turn allows my cross build of xulrunner to successfully use
xpidl to contruct nsISupportsPrimitives.h from nsISupportsPrimitives.idl
