Software Center started with LANG=de_DE.utf8 looks exactly like in the
attached screenshot. So I'm pretty sure we're talking about the same
thing.

But again: I don't see any translation bug here. The developers decided
to include a numeric value in the string and we have to translate it
with a string. If we would omit the numeric value (%s) in the
translation this would cause an error in generating the .mo-files, which
are needed to run an translated application.

And from ny point of view it is a good thing to include a numeric value
in this string since it contains more information than without the
concrete number.
