I can confirm this bug. On the Gentoo bugzilla is a simple patch for this: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317555 Change the in line 797 of /usr/share/gourmet/gourmet/backends/db.py from "not table" to "table is None" fix the Problem.
