Hi. I have had a call go through to echo bot at one point (I also spoke to the guy in charge of it and apparently it had been out of order for some time). Right now it is not working, but I am sitting at my university right now so it could be blocked. Regarding calls to other people: I had trouble calling one of the developers, but I have since been able to call my girlfriends computer (running empath on Ubuntu as well) so in conclusion it seem that it is hard to draw a conclusion. I am very busy for the time being but I can try to test again when I have more time.
