Looks like new official nvidia driver release is out .. version is 260.19.12, http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html . No mention of anything in changelog about "Linux kernel interaction bug fixes" or the likes. Mostly just lots of additions and new features (doesn't look too promising for those of us suffering from major problems with the latest nvidia drivers). However, it would be cool to know if the new release resolves this bug.
