Binary package hint: banshee
Banshee crashed with a fatal error today (Error text below)
Other problems include extremely sluggish response, even to the point of
silently crashing. Sound menu plugin did not function at all. Extremely
jittery playing music (pausing for a splint second every 3 to 5 seconds
or so, turned off replaygain, etc. No change)
Attempted Ubuntu version, then used ppa to try the newest version (1.8)
