Public bug reported:
When booting an ubuntu live cd (20070329 and 20070327 builds) the menu appears.
Pressing F3 to show the available keymaps distorts the screen. I assume that
the appearing window is much larger then the available resolution and wraps
around the screen.
Making a selection and pressing up/down arrows, clears (corrects) the portion
of the screen containing the basic menu. Selecting to boot the system works
correctly.
