Please sync clp 1.12.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian package now builds fine without my changes.

Changelog entries since current natty version 1.11.1-2ubuntu1:

clp (1.12.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Blacklist some generated doxygen files not whitelist (Closes: #591175).
  * Empty dependency_libs in .la file and bump standards version to 3.9.1.0.
