Okay, it seems to be like the other line issue in that it only appears 
sometimes, and it's appeared again. This time I've got better stuff for you to 
look at.
I changed the background to help it be more noticable, and placed a window 
nearby so the shadow difference stands out.
I'll attach a high-quality, compressed-as-little-as-possible screenshot and a 
photo which is worse quality, but you asked.

As a reminded: The problem is that the blur effect on the right side of
the menu shadow isn't applied properly. As you can see, it IS applied
properly on the right side of the nearby window and on the bottom of the
menu.
