Tested twice with released Ubuntu maverick (10.10) with updates: both tests resulted in video problems on resume from suspend, using nouveau driver.
First resume showed a fine grey grid, with a large block cursor moving with the mouse but no apparent response to input, including Ctrl-Alt-F1 etc, so I had to restart by holding down the power button. The second test showed a screen with a flickering/wavy display, and the "resolution" was wrong, by which I mean that only the top-left two- thirds was shown, and it filled the screen. The system was responsive to inputs. An X restart did not change the problem, so I initiated a normal clean shutdown with a brief push of the power button. ** Tags added: maverick -- [Toshiba Portege M200] - suspend doesn't work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/567168 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
