Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mydms
1. Whenever the updates are received, a dialog box is opened that requests the entry of the name of an administrator password. No password is entered because none was set up in the first place AND according to the "Help" information none is required. The system is asked to proceed further with a blank password and it does proceed further. Eventually it reports that the package failed to install or upgrade. 2. The above events have occurred on more than one occasion in exactly the same manner.
