The bar from which the window is controllable (the one provided by
gtk-window-decorator) does not work:
Whenever I click on it (in the middle, over minimize, maximize,close, and the
left button) the only thing that happens it that the window gets deselected
the actions from the bottom gnome panel (right click on the window name)
are instead working!
