Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plymouth

I have a Toshiba Netbook NB205. Since upgrading to 10.10, the netbook
will take 10 minutes to boot unless the keyboard or the mouse is
constantly manipulated. Its like the hard drive will not stay spinning
unless their is interaction. Boot time will take less than a minute if
the keyboard/mouse is being manipulated.

The boot screen will only display at the end after a bunch of boot up
text is displayed.

Let me know if I need to attach any other logs.

Thanks,
Alan
