I'm on 10.04 / Lucid. Just worked for me.
Go to terminal >
cd /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/papyon/service/description/SingleSignOn
sudo gedit RequestMultipleSecurityTokens.py
replace the line
CONTACTS = ("contacts.msn.com",
"?fs=1&id=24000&kv=7&rn=93S9SWWw&tw=0&ver=2.1.6000.1")
with
CONTACTS = ("contacts.msn.com", "MBI")
should work. good luck.
