After some suspend/resume/power cycles, I'm no longer able to reproduce
this, so I think it may be a power management issue rather than a
straightforward regression in the driver.  as such, it's less serious
than I thought, and it's also difficult for me to test.

For now, I'm unsetting the milestone and lowering importance.  If I can
reproduce it in the future, I'll follow up here.
