Thank you for your message. I know these bugs can't always be fixed
quickly and easily. Look, the things is, I'm sorry to say I've given
up on Ubuntu and gone back to Windows. Ubuntu just didn't work for me.
I don't have a great knowledge of computers, and it seemed that every
time I wanted to do something with Ubuntu beyond the most ordinary
applications, it just took hours and hours to figure out how to set it
up and make it run properly. What in Windows can be done with a couple
of clicks in a few minutes used to take several hours, even a whole
day, with Ubuntu. I hope in the future Ubuntu can be made better and
will represent real competition for Windows and Mac. Best regards,
