Binary package hint: gnome-panel
if gnome-panel crashes or will be killed by user, it doesn't restart
automatically so one has to know how to open a terminal or gnome-do with
keyboard to start it again.
normal behaviour should be that the panel automatically restarts after
crash.
it's especially better for new users who would be be totally confused if
panel is gone...
