this is clearly underrun when appl_ptr 56512 is behind hw_ptr 146048 PA server only wrote 56512 frames but the sound card has already played 146048 frames, you can set "log-time=yes" in pulseaudio/daemon.conf to compute the time elapsed to verify that the underrun occur
