Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I use the gnome-typing-monitor. I have set it for a 1 minute break after
15 minutes of working. I have also set to allow postponing of breaks.
When a typing break starts, the countdown starts at 1:00, but the
postpone break button is disabled. It is only enabled at about 0:55 or
so, i.e. 5 seconds after the typing breaks starts
