I suggest that the interface could be changed a bit. I've attached a mockup of what could be shown when the 'Add...' button is pressed. The dropdown menu could dynamically change the interface for specific accounts. We could even go a bit further than what I have done in the mockup and remove the 'Cancel' button altogether (Surely that's what the window controls are for). There could also be a clear button to clear what has been entered.
