Binary package hint: bluez-utils

Steps to reproduce:
Install Ubuntu 10.10 on a 6-2 MacBook Pro laptop
Notice Ubuntu reports "no bluetooth adapter installed" under System > 
Preferences > Bluetooth

Workaround:
Follow the directions on the MacBookPro 6-2 documentation page: 
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MacBookPro6-2/Maverick#Bluetooth
Bluetooth now works (but not stereo)
