Hello evage, thanks so much for taking the time to file this bug report and help us make Ubuntu better.
This error message suggests that you may have manually removed files or your dpkg database may be incorrect: start-stop-daemon: stat /usr/lib/courier/courier/courierd: No such file or directory (No such file or directory) I would suggest running apt-get purge courier-mta This should get rid of the package, and then you can reinstall it. This will remove your configuration files, so please make sure to back them up (and all data!) before running it. Closing as Invalid. ** Changed in: courier (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- package courier-mta 0.61.2-1ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed pre-removal script returned error exit status 2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/632350 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
