I find the 'headers' bit to be redundant; "linux-libc-dev" seems to convey
the appropriate meaning, emphasizes that this is part of Linux rather than
part of libc and is much shorter.

I'm not too picky about it, though, so long as the description doesn't have
the word "kernel" in it anywhere so that people don't find it when looking
for headers for kernel modules. ;-)
