After upgrading to 10.10 the issue reappeared. Disabling plymouth helps. I'll try enable plymouth again and get logs from boot by setting BOOTLOGD_ENABLE in /etc/default/bootlogd file to 'yes'. Maybe analysis of these logs will be helpful.
