Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

When I add the partner repositories and then search for skype a skype icon
appears with a "more info button" there is no "install" button. Clicking the
more info button brings another window that has a "use this source" button but
then nothing happens.
Ubuntu 10.10 installed 6OCT10 with upload updates during install. Then ran
update manager.
