I'm using these t-bird packages:
ii  thunderbird                          
3.0.10+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.1        mail/news client with RSS and 
integrated spa
ii  thunderbird-gnome-support            
3.0.10+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.1        Support for Gnome in Mozilla 
Thunderbird

Description:    Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Release:        10.04

Doesn't seem to cause any user-visible problems.
