Try downloading the driver for your NIC here: http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=7&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#2. Download the tarball, extract it, and open the README file for instructions on how to compile, insert and check if the module is working. It will probably be easier to run the autorun.sh file, perform chmod +x autorun.sh on the file first. Also you may have to remove the existing module first, r8169, before loading the new module by executing rmmod r8169.
