Sorry, what is the 'bug'? If it works after a 'modprobe acpiphp', then I think this bug needs to be marked invalid against libvirt and eucalyptus. You can make the module be automatically loaded by listing it in /etc/modules.conf
If you want to pursue a bug against the kernel to have acpiphp built in, or to have acpiphp put into /etc/modules, then you can do that by using the 'also affects' at the top of this bug listing in launchpad. So, does it work for you after modprobe acpiphp? ** Changed in: libvirt (Ubuntu) Assignee: Serge Hallyn (serge-hallyn) => (unassigned) ** Changed in: eucalyptus (Ubuntu) Assignee: Serge Hallyn (serge-hallyn) => (unassigned) ** Changed in: eucalyptus (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Invalid ** Changed in: libvirt (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- Virtio network stops working after dynamic virtio disk attachment https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/602060 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
