Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a directory called /tmp/testdirectory 2. Start Firefox and enable the Gtk file selector for downloads, i.e. "Edit > Preferences > General > Download" and click "Always as me where to save files" 3. Navigate to a page where a file is available for download 4. Attempt to save this file as /tmp/testdirectory Expected result: The file is not saved. Actually result: The directory /tmp/testdirectory (and any contents) are overwritten and silently replaced with the file.
