Binary package hint: apt
Trying to find an appropriate place to report this issue.... I think
that it is an issue for the Archive Administration Team. The old-
releases archive package data is inconsistent with the files on the
server.

I'm getting a file not found error when trying to install libtcltk-
ruby1.8 via apt-get update; apt-get upgrade. Both intrepid-updates' and
intrepid-security's universe packages claim to require
pool/universe/r/ruby1.9/libtcltk-ruby1.9_1.9.0.2-7ubuntu1.3_i386.deb but
the file doesn't exist on old-releases.ubuntu.com.
I'm encountering this issue on a machine running LinuxMCE and other
users are reporting similar issues for a number of other packages as
well.
Install using intrepid-updates universe:
