           Regarding the bug I reported it occurred in version 10.04 and was 
repeated in version 10.10 of Ubuntu (currently I am on Ubuntu 0.0), I went into 
preferences tegnologies assistance (accessibility features)
 
There select Keyboard Accessibility

In the Accessibility tab

Comments on the sound I choose

selected the check box  so that by pressing modifier keys beep (bell system) 
but does not make the sound it should.
 
I really need that because of the disability, Please find a way to fix it as 
soon as possible.
