Hi thanks 4 ur response. firstly the problem affects all applications irrespective. applications seem to hang midway and stop responding. they can be made to respond by pressing any key. i had recd a mail from delance and i reproduce it. he has identified the problemb but had not suggested any remidies and i quote "delance posted a new comment: >There's a bug in which you have to continuously press on keyboard to make >software run. Is it your issue ? >Sorry, I was unable to retrieve reference" unouote. maybe this may help regards anil
