Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

If I scroll through a video with mouse wheel and then pause the video,
it jumps to a random position and if I hit play it will continue from
that position.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open video in totem
2) scroll forwards and backwards with mouse wheel
3) pause

Expected result: video continues to play from where it was paused

Actual result: sometimes video continues to play from a random position,
usually plus or minus several seconds from where it was stopped.
