I'm pretty sure past year I installed the 'scilab-gtk' package with synaptic on a previous version of Ubuntu, and was a free package. This is because I thinked was a conflict resolution problem.
Anyway now that I uninstalled it, it disappear from package list, also from nonfree Section.
