The MD5 sums are apparently OK :
59d15a16ce90c8ee97fa7c211b7673a8
As well for the CD as for the ISO image...

Another person called me for a similar problem, always for a version 
10.10 !!
In each case, XP is installed and after restarting, the Grub crashed :
The double boot is not made, Winodws is not accessible any more and a 
message informs user that the disk Ubuntu has errors...

I think that the problem is with Grub which doesn't implement the double 
boot correctly.
