Hello! I have had a problem with all three 2.6.37 kernels I've tried so
far on my System76 Lemur laptop. 2.6.36 works fine for me. I haven't
been able to file a apport-generated bug report, because it won't let me
on my current kernel (too old?) and the new ones don't work for me.
2.6.37-2: Booted into desktop. Didn't recognize my wireless card or sound card
(at least, those indicators acted like no hardware was available.)
2.6.37-3: No plymouth, halted on boot
2.6.37-4: Same as -3.
What I mean by 'halted' is that boot just stopped after the message:
usbhid: USB HID core driver
The only error I saw in the scrollback was:
[drm:intel_panel_get_max_backlight] *ERROR* fixme: max PWM is zero.
But I doubt that's causing the hang.
Requested information shortly to be attached, though most of it is for
my current 2.6.36 kernel. Let me know if I can get you anything else.
