In Transmission 2.04+ (11266), the speeds are brought down better, but the problem now is that the speeds are brought down too much! The speed controlled is much lower than the set value and often drops way lower, Since it helps better to browse quicker when i want, but kinda makes the speed limit a not so great option if someone wants to always use the speed limit.
