My thinkpad t510 does suspend and resume with standard kernel and nvidia drivers on 10.10, but graphics are slow on resume.
I "adapted" Claudios script and put it in /etc/pm/sleep.d/10_nvidia-hack, so it automaticlly gets run on suspend and resume. Now graphics are snappy as on fresh boot, so it seems to be working.
