The solution proposed by Szabó could be a temporal workaround, but not a fix as pulseaudio is an essential component of ubuntu.
I have not yet tried to recompile wine from source, but made a test with WINEDEBUG=warn+all and attached the output logs to this bug in case that someone finds something easily.
