When I go into the raid bios both disks are shown as part of the raid set, I have windows 7 installed on that set and it works well. Both disks were formatted and used for the first time on this controller. When I use linux it changes something (I don't know what...) and the bios shows me two separate disks and give me error on the raid set. I have to completely shut down the pc to restore it.
