You appear to be using BURG rather than GRUB. I can't recommend this: it's a fork of GRUB which receives very little development work by comparison (objectively: it's had two changes to its development trunk in the last three months, as compared to the 344 changes made to GRUB, and that mostly in a stabilisation period). Initially there were some good reasons why people chose to use BURG, but the bulk of them have been addressed in GRUB now.
Normally I would reassign this to the burg package, but burg is not packaged in Ubuntu. As such I'm afraid you'll have to ask for support from its developer.
