Hold down Shift at boot time to get to the menu. If you want to change this default, put a '#' sign in front of the GRUB_HIDDEN_TIMEOUT and GRUB_HIDDEN_TIMEOUT_QUIET lines in /etc/default/grub and then run 'sudo update-grub'.
